
It is in Mont-Tremblant that G&S Timberframe has built their model home in the summer of 2006. It can visited on demand. The frame is a mix of Eastern White Pine and Douglas fir. It is a two story home with a large "open to below" area an a cathedral ceilings. Here a some pictures of the frame.
G&S Timberframes is proud to have completed its first orders. In fact, the company has delivered some 220 braces to support long roof overhang. The heavy timber structure were installed on 20 log homes for the Coté-Nord project in Lac-Supérieur. Here are some pictures:

It is in Knoxville, Illinois that was held the first professional development workshop of the Timber Framers Guild. One of the owner Luc Giasson was present at the event. There he has perfected his knowledge of the trade of timber framing. Here are some pictures:
